What the audit shows
A straight answer to where you stand.
Seven short pages in plain English, about your business and your town. Here is an example for a plumber serving Canton and Westland, Michigan.
Your Google Maps ranking across town
We search “plumber” from points across your area and record where you rank at each one.
- Top 3: the map pack
- Rank 4 to 10
- Rank 11 to 20
- Not in the top 20
- Your shop
What it means
Strong within a mile of the shop, hard to find further out. In most of your service area, three competitors show up before you.
Your reviews against the top 3
New Google reviews, last 90 days
- You4
- Competitor A26
- Competitor B19
- Competitor C14
- Your rating
- 4.6Top 3 average: 4.8
- Owner replies
- 1 in 5Top 3: nearly all
What it means
The top three earn new reviews every week. You earn a few a month, and recent reviews weigh heavily with customers.
Your website on a phone
- Loads fast on a phone : needs work
- Tap-to-call button : missing
- A page for each service : needs work
- Quote form works : passes
- Ready for AI search : missing
Time to load on a phone
What it means
People find you, then can't call in one tap. Two of your six services have no page, so Google can't send searches there.
Who you're up against
- Competitor ARanks for water heater repair, drain cleaning72% of grid in top 3
- Competitor BRanks for emergency plumber, sump pump58% of grid in top 3
- Competitor CRanks for sewer line repair, repiping41% of grid in top 3
What it means
Your three biggest rivals each own a few profitable searches you don't show up for at all. That's room to grow.
How many people search for what you do
- Searches a month for“plumber canton mi”320
- Searches a month for“plumber westland mi”320
What it means
Two short phrases in two towns add up to about 640 searches a month. Every one is someone looking for a plumber.
Your 3 biggest fixes
Specific, in order, each tied to a finding. If you hire us, these become month one. If you don’t, they’re yours to keep.
- 1
Rebuild your Google Business Profile
Fix the categories and service areas, add every service, and post regularly with fresh job photos. This widens where you show up on the map.
From page 2
- 2
Ask every finished job for a review
A short text after each job, and a reply to every review. Closing the gap with the top three is the fastest trust win you have.
From page 3
- 3
Add tap-to-call and a page per service
Put a call button on every page and build the two missing service pages, so the searches you earn turn into calls.
From page 4
Everything we do, in one system
One team. Five jobs. Twelve services.
Every customer you win goes through four steps: they find you, they pick you, they call, and someone follows up. Tracking and reporting sit under all four. That’s the five jobs, and we handle every one.

Industries we serve
Built for the trades people call.
Every trade gets found a little differently. We plan around how your customers actually search, compare and pick up the phone.
Plumbing
A burst pipe at 2 a.m. goes to the plumber who looks open, close by and trusted.
HVAC
No heat in January means a quick search and a call to the first business that looks trustworthy.
Roofing
After a storm, homeowners compare reviews and project photos before they call anyone.
Electrical
People want licensed and nearby, and they read the reviews to be sure.
Garage doors
A stuck door is urgent. The listing that says “open now” with a call button gets the call.
Cleaning
Found on Google Maps, kept with follow-up. Weekly and biweekly clients come from showing up and staying in touch.
Landscaping
Homeowners scroll your project photos on Google and Instagram before they ask for a quote.
Pest control
It's a problem today. They call the closest company with recent, solid reviews.
Restoration
Water in the basement means a search on a phone and a call to the first company that picks up.
Auto detailing
Before-and-after photos sell the job, on your Google profile and on social.
Auto repair
Drivers search “near me” and pick the shop with the most recent, detailed reviews.
Painting
Homeowners collect three estimates. The painter who shows finished rooms and follows up wins.
Remodeling
A long decision. Helpful pages, project photos and reviews earn the shortlist.
Basements & foundations
Big job, big worry. Owners research, compare and read every review before they call.
Locksmithing
Locked out means phone in hand. The first trustworthy listing gets the call.
Junk removal
Fast quotes win. A quick reply to a web form often books the job.
Pool & spa
Seasonal and searched early. The company with openings, photos and reviews books the spring.
Moving
People compare a few quotes fast. A clear reply, with reviews to back it, wins.
Tree service
A storm-damaged tree is a same-day call. Insurance and licensing on your profile settle it.
Fencing
Homeowners want to see finished yards and read reviews before they ask for a quote.
Don’t see yours?
We work with most local service businesses. If customers search for you and call you, we can help.
How it works
Easy to start. Built to keep growing.
Three steps to get going, then steady work and proof every month.
- Step 1
Free audit
We check your Google Maps ranking across town, your reviews against the top three, your website on a phone, who you're up against and how many people search for what you do, then write up the three fixes that matter first.
- A Google Maps ranking scan across your service area
- The three fixes that matter first
- No prices, no pressure
- Step 2
Plan in writing
A 30-minute call to walk through the audit. Then a written plan: what we'll do, in what order, the price and the term. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- Your three fixes become month one
- Price and term on paper
- What's not included, spelled out
- Step 3
We build
We take a day-one baseline, then fix what matters first: your profile, your website, your tracking, your follow-up. You approve anything that goes public.
- A day-one baseline before any change
- Set up in accounts you own
- One point of contact
Steady growth, and a monthly report
The work keeps going, and every month you see exactly what we did and what moved.
- Regular profile posts and review replies
- Regular ad, budget and search-term checks
- New pages and posts from your real work
- A monthly report: what we did, what changed, what's next
- Strategy reviews with us, on the schedule in your plan
The audit is free, no strings
You get the findings and the three fixes either way. If we're not the right fit, the audit is still yours.
You own your accounts
Your domain, content, Google Business Profile, analytics and accounts are always yours and stay in your name. If we part ways, any site we built is handed over or bought out on terms set in writing.
Terms in writing first
The plan, the price and the term are written down before any work starts. Term length depends on the work, and it's always on paper.
The monthly report
Proof, every month.
Every month you get a short report in plain English: what we did, what changed against your day-one numbers, and what comes next. Plus strategy reviews with us on the schedule in your plan.

Audits, plans, monthly reports and reviews all work remotely, so where you are doesn’t limit what we can do.
FAQ
Straight answers, up front.
What owners ask us before they start.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. After the free audit, we send a written quote with the plan, the price and the term. We don't publish prices because two businesses rarely need the same thing.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No long lock-in, and no surprises. Terms depend on the work: a website plan and a full marketing plan don't run on the same term, so we don't quote one number here. Whatever the term is, it's agreed with you and written into the plan before anything starts, along with what's not included and what happens if either of us ends it.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Your domain, content, Google Business Profile, analytics and accounts are always yours and stay in your name. If we part ways, any site we built is handed over or bought out on terms set in writing. We work inside your accounts with the access you give us, and the same rule applies to every client and every plan.
How long until I see results?
It depends on your market and where you're starting from. Ads can bring calls soon after launch. Google Maps work usually takes a few months to show. SEO and content build more slowly and keep paying off. Nobody can promise rankings, and we won't. You'll see what changed every month.
Do you only work in Michigan?
No. We're based in Metro Detroit and work with local businesses across the US. Audits, plans, reports and reviews all work remotely.
What's in the free audit?
Six checks: your Google Maps ranking across town, your reviews against the top three, your website on a phone, who you're up against, how many people search for what you do, the three fixes that matter first. It comes as a short report in plain English, with no prices.
What do you need from me?
For the audit: your business name or website, and the main city you serve. If you go ahead, we'll ask for access to your Google profile and other accounts, some job photos, and about 15 minutes a month for questions only you can answer. Anything that goes public, you approve first.
Do you make videos?
No, we don't offer video production. Social posts are built from your job photos: before-and-afters, finished projects and your team at work.
Can you just build a website?
Yes. The website plan is for owners who want a great site without full marketing: we design and build it, then host it, keep it fast and secure, make your updates and check it regularly, for one monthly fee. SEO and AI-search readiness and brand basics are built in, and you can upgrade to full marketing at any time.
What makes you different?
You see where you stand before we sell you anything. One team handles everything from your website to your follow-up. Your accounts stay in your name, the terms are in writing, and modern AI tools let a small team do the work of a much bigger agency.
The free audit
See where you stand. Then decide.
Tell us your business name or website and the main city you serve. We'll look at what's working and what isn't, and send you the three fixes that matter first.
